A team rooted in the San Antonio's history, the Toros bring professional football back to the city in a way that it can't be taken away!
Following the departure of the UFL from San Antonio, the CoFL saw an opportunity for a franchise owned by Spring football fans. For Spring football fans. Thus the revitalized San Antonio Toros were born! With the innovative and fan-driven model the CoFL has created for it's teams, the San Antonio Toros are a team forever connected to the city, meaning this pro football team will never be moved or taken from San Antonio's loyal fans.
The San Antonio Toros were the pride of the Texas Football League and Continental Football League in the late 60's, dominating everywhere they played. When the UFL left San Antonio, a few local fans took it upon themselves to bring the Toros back to a city that so deserves a permanent team. With fan ownership, local sponsorship, and the support of the city, this dream is becoming reality.
